Dr Anat Keller

Reader in Law and Associate Dean, Digital Education

Dr Anat Keller joined The Dickson Poon School of Law in April 2016 and has previously taught at UCL (2007-2016).

Dr Keller has published two monographs: Legal Foundations of Payment and Settlement Systems (Routledge, 2026) and Legal Foundations of Macroprudential Policy: An Interdisciplinary Approach (Cambridge: Intersentia, 2020).

She has also edited a collection based on her British Academy/Leverhulme Grant–funded project Corporate Governance and Culture in Financial Institutions.
