Dr Alison McFarland is a Lecturer in Work Psychology and Human Resource Management. She is also a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. Her career began in the non-profit sector. She is particularly interested in exploring how psychological models and theories used in for-profit environments can be adapted to improve how non-profit organisations are run. Alison’s teaching focus centres on research methodologies, with a specialisation in teaching quantitative research methods and statistical analysis.
