Lecturer in Work & Organisational Behaviour (Education)

Ian Hill is an Academic Education Pathway Lecturer in Work and Organisations at King's Business School. With over 10 years’ teaching and administration experience within London higher education institutions, he is a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). He is also studying for a part-time PhD in International Management at Loughborough's London campus.

Research interests:

Ian will be submitting his PhD thesis in the summer of 2024 at Loughborough’s London campus. His thesis investigates some of the contradictions and tensions in the management of software developers. Ian also has a book under contract with Sage publications titled ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Business Management’. The book will be published in Spring 2025.
