Professor of Human Resource Management

Chidi is a Professor of Human Resource Management at King’s Business School. His current research interests include job quality, business ethics, and the wellbeing of both formal and informal workers. The underlying goal of this research is to inform sustainable development. Chidi’s work has been published extensively in prestigious journals including the Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Management, Human Relations, and the Journal of Organizational Behaviour. It has also featured in major media outlets such as the Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and the Financial Times. Additionally, it supports the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Chidi holds editorial positions with prominent journals and is an active member of several professional organisations including the Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, and European Academy of Management. Chidi has secured approximately £7.8 million in research funding throughout his career.
